As an Outpatient Therapist you will provide mental health counseling services using a variety of therapeutic modalities to individuals, couples/family, Bridgeway consumers, and group services. These services are based on person-centered assessment and treatment planning.

Our minimum requirements include a Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Prior internship in counseling is preferred. LCPC or LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois is also preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
