Bridgeway, Inc. is a comprehensive human services organization and a federally designated Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving individuals and families across more than 20 counties in Illinois. Our behavioral health division delivers a full continuum of care, including outpatient therapy, substance use disorder and prevention services, psychiatry and nursing, school-based programming, and crisis and SASS services.
The Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services reports to the Vice President of Behavioral Health and serves as the senior clinical and operational leader for all direct-care behavioral health programs. This is an opportunity for a licensed clinical leader to take ownership of a high-impact role at a mission-driven CCBHC — shaping the quality of care delivered to thousands of consumers across our region.
