As an Assistant Director (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT), you’ll guide clinical services and support a team delivering mental health services to adults. You’ll combine clinical leadership with hands-on care, completing assessments, treatment plans, documentation, supervision and coordination both in-home and in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to mental health specialists and peer mentors and maintain supervision logs
• Complete program development and planning to ensure and expand on high-quality care
• Manage and complete referrals, intakes and screenings
• Complete documentation for risk assessments, crisis interventions and incident reports
• Identify professional development needs and opportunities
• Design training opportunities for staff in both individual and group formats
• Maintain compliance with DHS, CARF and other regulations
• Attend weekly meetings with admin personnel and additional meetings, as needed
• Assist with recruiting needs of interviewing and hiring potential mental health therapists

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field
• Active LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license
• 3+ years experience in social service field
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background check
• 1 year supervisory experience
