Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to therapists, counselors, and other mental health staff.
- Oversee the delivery of mental health services, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical guidelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings and individual supervision sessions to review cases and provide feedback.

- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Manage clinic scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Handle client escalations and ensure resolution of any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records.
- Stay informed of current trends and developments in the field of mental health.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Required
- Licensed as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent. Required
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical environment.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and other clinic management software.
