Role Description This full-time Therapist role is an on-site position based in Northbrook, IL. The Therapist will provide individual and family psychotherapy, primarily to children, teens, and young to middle-aged adults, using evidence-based approaches aligned with client needs and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, and coordinating care with other providers when appropriate. The role also involves participating in case consultations, engaging in regular supervision or peer review, and contributing to a supportive, collaborative clinic culture. The Therapist is expected to uphold ethical standards, maintain professional boundaries, and help foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for clients and colleagues.
