The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking a Living Room Program Manager. (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the program coordinator and other leadership staff to plan and provide for 24/7 short-term crisis respite services in McLean County
- Supervise and evaluate the program coordinator and oversee crisis respite staff and program
- Work closely with CHS and other community providers, law enforcement, and physicians
- Provide agency-wide and community training when requested
- Share coverage duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Credentialed as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) in the State of Illinois required
- LCSW or LCPC licensure from the State of Illinois preferred; may obtain within a year of hire
- Three years of experience in community behavioral health, social service setting, and/or crisis intervention preferred
- Previous management experience required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid Illinois driver’s license
Salary Range: $62,000 - $72,000 annually
