Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Part-Time Case Manager to provide recovery coaching, coordinate client services and provide administrative support. This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about helping others and want to gain experience in community-based mental health or social service settings.

Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Recovery Coaching
• Conduct client intakes and assessments
• Provide direct recovery support services and coaching
• Maintain timely, accurate case notes for all client interactions
• Follow up with clients on progress, goals, and service needs
• Address and document client concerns and feedback
• Conduct exit interviews for clients leaving the program
Case Documentation & Program Evaluation
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records
• Compile monthly data reports and client evaluations
• Document program impact, testimonials, and areas for improvement
Community Resource Navigation
• Connect clients with wraparound community services
• Maintain a list of partner agencies and service providers
• Track and manage client use of in-house support resources
Administrative Support
• Assist with general office operations as needed
• Maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for clients
• Collaborate with the Executive Director on projects and outreach

• 10 hours per week
• Weekly schedule determined in consultation with the Executive Director

Compensation & Benefits
• $30/hour, paid twice monthly (15th and last day of the month)
• Paid Holidays (if scheduled to work that day):
• New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Friday, Christmas Day
• 10 hours of vacation per year; 10 hours of personal/sick time per year
• Note: As a State of Illinois–funded nonprofit, occasional payroll delays may occur due to state reimbursement schedules

Qualifications
• Experience in providing recovery support services and coaching
• Proficiency with office and online tools, ability to navigate forms and database
• Strong communication, active listening, and documentation skills
• Respect for client confidentiality and trauma-informed care
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with social services and community-based programs a plus
