The Practice Manager is a valuable member of our Behavioral Health Outpatient Team who supervises and oversees all aspects of the Grand Avenue Adult Outpatient Mental Health Services and Primary Care Health Center, including psychiatry, therapy, and medical services. Provides the clinical direction for the program. Responsible for the adherence to and development of the philosophy and delivery of services at the integrated mental health and medical program. Supervisory direction provided to the Nurse Manager, Office Manager and clinic staff. Coordinates with the Dental Director, Psychiatric Medical Director, and Medical Lead Provider. Manages program budgets and outpatient fitness restoration grant. Manages daily operations of all aspects of the services. Work is distinguished by the ability to coordinate activities throughout the entire work site.
Schedule: 40 hours a week
Education
- Master’s Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field is strongly preferred
- Four (4) years experience in the behavioral health field, which includes two (2) years of supervisory or management experience
- Internal candidates – Two (2) years of management experience in healthcare or a combination of healthcare and other operational management experience. Educational requirements may be offset by performance, skills, and potential demonstrated during your time as an employee.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (L.C.P.C.) upon hire required.
