Salary Range
Comprehensive Management, Inc. (CMI) is a small private for profit management and consulting firm focused on improving performance and productivity while maintaining high quality standards for our not for profit client.
Essential Duties
- Maintain financial accounting records for city, county, state and federal reimbursement-based grants,
- Prepare and submit required financial reporting for city, county, state, and federal reimbursement-based grants.
- Assist with preparing budgets for grant proposals and post-award budget revision requests
- Perform post-award grant fiscal compliance with respective grant award requirements
- Serve as a backup to accounting staff positions as needed
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Work Location: 2618 Patriot Blvd, Glenview, IL
Start Date: January 2025
Pay Rate: $70,000 annually

Experience and Skills:
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration with a minimum of three years of not-for-profit accounting and grant accounting experience. Familiarity with City of Chicago and Cook County grants a plus. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel and accounting software experience required.
