1st $500: After 30 days of employment

2nd $500: After 6 months of employment

Essential Duties:

• Front desk duties include answering phones, ensuring all phone inquiries are routed appropriately, take messages as needed, and redirect callers to appropriate resources as needed. Complete intake screen for clients seeking services and review with Program manager before scheduling.
• Manage lobby area, greet visitors, check in clients, request and receive payments from clients, coordinate payment plans as needed. Read and honor holds placed in SAMMS system. Contact counselors as needed.
• Administer toxicology testing for clients as needed; ensure appropriate tracking, storage, and chain of custody processes. Read holds in SAMMS regarding any special instructions for toxicology testing.

• Ensure filing systems are maintained and current, establish and maintain procedures for record keeping, monitor record keeping, and ensure security and confidentiality of all data.

• Coordinate accounts receivables with accounting office at FGC and submit financial reports to accounting as needed.

• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, review and prepare office supply requisitions.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:15a - 2:45p) with Saturday rotation (7:00a - 10:30a)

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent with at least 2 years of administrative/office manager experience and customer service experience preferred.  Must have basic computer skills including office software.
