Under the long-range, administrative direction of the Chair of the Department of Psychiatry/Chief Executive Officer of the Behavioral Health Workforce Center (BHWC), the Executive Director of the Behavioral Health Workforce Center is responsible for executing the primary goals of the statewide BHWC to strengthen the behavioral healthcare system in Illinois.
