What will you be doing?
What will you bring to the table?
Master’s degree in Human Services or related field (Required)
LCPC/ LCSW (Required)
Experience working in social services (Preferred)
A valid Illinois driver’s license and automobile insurance
AID Provides:
$1000 sign on bonus for full-time
21-31 Days of Paid Time Off plus 8 Paid Holidays
Full-time or part-time schedules
Paid training
Tuition reimbursement
Full Benefit including health insurance for employees working 30+ hours/week

What are the other requirements?
Navigation of stairs
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
Ability to provide services in a client’s home
The use of your personal vehicle and/or agency vehicles to transport clients regularly
Maintaining required certifications and other relevant trainings
