Envision Unlimited is looking for a mental health professional to provide clinical services to people with serious mental illness at our new community mental health center opening in Springfield.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field with at least three years’ experience in social services. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent decision making, problem solving, computer and organizational skills. Individual must be able to work autonomously. Must have a valid driver's license, approval through agency's insurance carrier to drive agency's vehicles, and pass a criminal background check.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS: Member of the interdisciplinary team providing therapy, case management and other clinical services to persons with mental illness, who may also have a secondary diagnosis of Substance Abuse disorders. Clients may also present with a variety of physical challenges. Must maintain compliance of all clinical documentation for assigned clients. Must attain established productivity targets and complete all clinical documentation in a timely manner.
