Family Guidance Centers, Inc. (FGC), a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization treats and prevents substance abuse, as well as an array of other related problems is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse with some experience with drug treatment as well as clinical experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience: Minimum High School Diploma or GED. Two years post degree experience in hospital or agency setting preferred. Individual must possess good communication skills. General basic nursing and medical terminology knowledge. Must have knowledge of substance abuse pathology. Must have knowledge of all state and federal rules and regulations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois or Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program and certified in CPR
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 1- 9pm or 4-9 pm with Saturday rotation 2 times per month (full-time or part-time)
Salary: Starting at $18 and above an hour based on experience and qualifications
