The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking a Continuum Program Specialist. (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Support the Central Illinois Continuum of Care (CICoC) by ensuring and monitoring program compliance with federal and state regulations
- Foster equitable access to services
- Develop and implement training
- Support systemic changes to improve outcomes across the CICoC’s 11-county service area.
Qualifications:
- Minimally possess the educational level of a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for an associate’s degree in human services or a related field, plus two years’ experience in a field related to social services or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- Have lived experience of being at risk or unhoused and/or navigating mental health, substance use systems, or other social services
- Possess familiarity with state and federal regulations related to CICoC, ESG, and HUD programs
- Possess SOAR (SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery) training or have a willingness to obtain training within six months of hire
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Illinois driver’s license with full coverage auto insurance
Salary Range: $35,360 - $43,939 annually
