Under the general supervision of the Clinical Director, the Residential Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the Buena Vista Residential CILA. The Residential Supervisor ensures that the social, medical, safety and behavior management needs of the program participants are met by; providing supervision and direction to the staff of the home; providing limited case management services to participants; taking responsibility for safety and evacuation plans; and promoting a supportive living environment by always showing respect for the BV participants.
