Essential Duties:
• Provide direct supervision of all outpatient counselors and case managers.
• Clinically manage outpatient program.
• Oversee the provision of quality clinical services and compliance, personnel, and administrative functions in accordance with SUPR, USPO and DCFS contractual obligations, and all policies and procedures of Family Guidance Centers (FGC) to ensure safe, efficient, and therapeutically effective client care.
• Relate effectively with all facility support services to ensure for the appropriate continuity of patient care.
• Ensure that the clinic is consistently open for service on time and appropriately staffed.
• Assess and improve continuously the performance of care and services provided.
• Review and approve/disapprove continuing stay reviews at required intervals depending on level of care.
• Supervise documentation to ensure that documentation reflects services and care provided to patients.
Schedule Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with on-call availability. Evenings and weekends are required. Flexibility is required. Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Hours may vary based on the program needs of the agency, and flexibility is required.
Work Location: 120 N. 11th St., Springfield, IL
Pay Rate: $55,000 - $60,000; based on experience and certifications

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, OR a minimum of five years’ experience in evidence-based substance use disorder treatment services. Master’s degree in public health, administration, public policy, or related field preferred by not required. Experience in behavioral health, community health outreach, substance use harm reduction, withdrawal management programs, medication-assisted treatment, and/or mobile healthcare services required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: IAODAPCA Certified Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselor (CADC) required. LPC, LSW, LCPC, or LCSW licensure preferred. Current Driver's License and insurance required.
