The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing quality clinical supervision to staff from a framework that is in alignment with the mission and vision of the practice. This position will be responsible for approving notes, coordinating trainings, facilitating bi-weekly group consultations, and providing direct client service.
Provide clinical supervision to staff
Co-plan ongoing clinical trainings for the year
Co-facilitate bi-weekly group consultation
Participate in networking events twice a month
Bill 15 clinical hours per month
Collaborate with the practice owner to ensure quality services for clients
Coordinate and send out information for trainings, staff events
Maintain filing system of employee records
Approve clinical notes
Other duties as assigned
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds for organizing client records or office materials.
LCSW in Illinois
2+ years of prior clinical supervisory experience
Training in somatic modality such as EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EFT, IFS, NARM, HAKOMI
Strong understanding of Slack, Google Simple Practice.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy and able to manage spreadsheets, EHR systems
Commitment to confidentiality, equity, and a trauma-informed approach.
One night, one evening, and one weekend day per week.
