Overview
A mission-driven behavioral health organization is seeking an LCSW to lead mental health and substance use programs. This role provides clinical and operational oversight, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports high-quality, trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee behavioral health programs and clinic operations
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff
• Oversee Medicaid billing, documentation, and compliance
• Ensure grant, contract, and program deliverables are met
• Provide clinical support, including intake coverage and crisis response
• Build partnerships with community and healthcare providers
• Analyze program data and prepare required reports

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Active clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LCPC)
• 5+ years of behavioral health experience, including 2+ years in leadership
• Experience with Medicaid billing and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care

Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
