Essential Duties:
• Serve as the primary front desk support for the Methodist MAT Program; including answering phones and ensuring all inquiries are routed appropriately.
• Coordinate patient care with Methodist medical staff and Nurse Practitioners, facilitating communication on behalf of patients and ensuring completion of required documentation.
• Greet visitors, manage the lobby area, and check clients into SAMMS.
• Administer toxicology testing for clients as needed, ensuring appropriate tracking, storage, and chain of custody procedures.
• Process all newly admitted patients from referring sources into Level 1, including scanning all documents daily.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 based on experience

Education and/or Experience: A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative support settings preferred.
