The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking a Residential and Housing Services Program Manager. (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Shall be responsible for the management and supervision of Rooming House Services, Supported Residential Services, and all Unhoused Outreach Programs.

• Shall be responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of all staff under their immediate authority.

• Shall monitor screenings for all individuals for their appropriateness for housing program services.

• Shall be responsible for the development, implementation, and attainment of the program goals for the program(s) under their immediate authority.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or related service field.  
• Minimally possess the educational/professional credentials to qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as defined Illinois Department of Human Services.
• LCSW or LCPC preferred.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Five years experience in community behavioral health.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills
• Illinois driver's license with full coverage auto insurance

Salary Range: $68,500 - $88,500 annually
