This candidate will be responsible for providing a wide array of services to youth clients and their families to promote opportunities for maximum independence in the community. Primary responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of services to children and/or adolescences and their family experiencing Behavior Health concerns. The responsible individuals will collaborate with medical and other allied personnel in diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery. The candidate may be required to travel locally and provide services to schools. Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:45 am-3:45 pm.
