Job Summary
Responsible to the Chief Medical Officer.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing Informatics, Nursing Research, Nurse Educator, or any hard-science (Biology, Biochemistry, etc) from an accredited institution. Completion of an approved nurse practitioner training program. Current Illinois State Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Certified Nurse Practitioner license.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Full scope practice of family medicine (newborns to geriatrics). Vivitrol/Suboxone prescribing (may obtain suboxone certificate after starting).
DESIRED
Two (2) years of experience in Family Planning or OB/GYN nursing.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of employment eligibility.
DESIRED
Bilingual in Spanish. Experience working with children and adolescents in a School-based Health Center and a Community Health Center.
