Job Scope: Provides leadership and oversight of all aspects of the Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health program providing direct services, including Adult Outpatient Team and SUPR team. Responsible for program planning, development and clinical and administrative oversight to achieve agency’s strategic goals and provide comprehensive quality care. Participates in the development and achievement of department specific budget, strategic goals and initiatives. Responsible for the communication of management directives and information to staff.
