The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking a Psychiatric Services Program Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric assessments/evaluations/diagnosis.
- Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medication regimens.
- Provide clinical consultation to staff.
- Provide client education and training.
- Shall be responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision, discipline, and evaluation of all staff under their immediate authority.
- Shall be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all their staff follow all MCCHS procedures for all clinical and administrative documentation.
- Shall be responsible for the development, implementation, and attainment of the program goals of the program(s) under their immediate authority.
- Shall assist in the utilization review of services and staff in their program.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Practice Nurse license in the State of Illinois
- Board Certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral health care delivery
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- 2 years of supervisory/management experience in the behavioral health care field required
Salary Range: $145,000 - $175,000
