The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking a Recovery Program Manager. (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, planning, and direction for the Recovery Program
• Supervise the Residential Coordinator and the Community Integration Coordinator
• Facilitate empowerment and self-direction of all members who participate in Recovery programs
• Promote the programs in the community, including making presentations as required
• Provide agency-wide training when requested
• Will ensure staff coverage for the program
• Will participate in a leadership position on the agency management team

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• LCSW or LCPC licensure from the State of Illinois required
• Experience in community behavioral health required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Salary Range: $78,500 - $88,500
