The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking a Family Treatment Court Recovery Support Specialist. (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:

Shall be familiar with and supportive of the domains of Advocacy, Professional Responsibility, Mentoring, and Recovery Support utilized within the program.

Provide advocacy and mentoring through shared experience.

Provide assistance in recovery plan as it pertains to Family Treatment Court.

Demonstrate knowledge of community systems and resources.

Maintain their own mental health recovery process and develop an action plan for their own mental, emotional, physical, and social health.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) designation within two years of hire
- Personal experience in recovery from lived experience with mental illness and/or a substance use disorder
- Willingness and ability to engage in self-disclosure to assist in treatment
- Passion to help others with their recovery
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation and valid Illinois driver’s license
Salary Range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
