Responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating supervision of staff for Behavioral Health patient services at the Community Health Center. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree in Nursing. Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Illinois or a reciprocal State. Licensed Practical Nurse with Three (3) years of experience in a clinic or outpatient psychiatric or healthcare setting and two (2) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
