
The Leadership Team at Crisis Services is expanding!
Crisis services is located in the newest building on the DuPage County Campus in Wheaton, IL. Currently, we provide 24/7 crisis mental health services to County Residents who may be experiencing a mental health crisis or are in need of additional support for symptoms of mental illness, and are expanding to additionally provide 24/7 substance use crisis and stabilization service. This Crisis Services Supervisor position will provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff providing in-person crisis substance use services at the current Crisis Services and future Crisis Recovery Center. The work includes supervision of professional level staff, training and coaching of assigned staff, and managing substance use interventions provided within Crisis Services.
The role includes on-call responsibilities that rotate weekly among the team of Crisis Supervisors. This full-time position works 40-hours per week: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, with the ability to have flexibility to meet supervision needs of staff. The range for this position is between $70,895.00 and $82,000.00 depending on experience.

Can you say benefits? This Full-Time position offers a full, DuPage County, benefit package which includes 12 paid holidays, 3 weeks of paid vacation per year and paid sick time. This is also a PENSION eligible position and offers eligibility for the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program.
Completion of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and five years of behavioral health and substance use experience, which included at least three years of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
This position requires current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and requires Illinois certification as a Certified Alcohol or Other Drug Counselor (CADC).
