We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of our diverse client base. Experience working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD and PTSD. Child-Teens-Adults

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the needs and strengths of clients.

· Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

· Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

· Collaborate with healthcare providers, social services, and community resources to ensure continuity of care.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.

· Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development activities.

· Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources.

Qualifications:

· Fully-licensed mental health therapist at a Master’s level or above with:

• A valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance

· Current and active in Illinois.

• LMHC / LPCMH / LIMHP
• LMFT / LMFTS / LCMFT
• LPC / LPCC / LCPC / LCPCS / LPCC-S
• LCSW / LICSW / LCSCW

· Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

· Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

· Commitment to cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse populations.
