Our care is judgment free and focused on the future. Our services are fully covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and most marketplace plans, and our Holon Vibe app gives members 24/7 support and rewards for showing up for their health. We partner with health plans, courts, providers, and community organizations, and we serve members across seven states.
