In December 2023, NorthShore University HealthSystem, Edward-Elmhurst Health, Swedish Hospital and Northwest Community Healthcare unified under one name and brand — Endeavor Health.

As an organization, our brand is one of our most important assets. Our brand is the promise we make to our patients and our communities to fulfill our mission and vision to help everyone in our communities be their best through an experience that is safe, seamless and personal for every person, every time. It also serves as our North Star for how we deliver care now and in the future.

Each and every touchpoint experienced by our patients and communities defines our brand, so we all have a role in understanding, protecting and living our brand every day.
