The Perfectly Flawed Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit, community-based organization specializing on harm reduction, overdose prevention and peer support, serving individuals and families in rural North Central Illinois impacted by substance use. We are located 100 miles SW of Chicago.
Founded and led by a former IV drug user, Perfectly Flawed is dedicated to challenging stigma and transforming the way society views and treats people who use drugs or have substance use disorders. We recognize that stigma kills, preventing people from seeking help. Our mission is to empower people to make positive changes on their own terms with compassion and kindness.
