Vivia Health is a community-based mental health organization founded by Hina Rehman, a minority female healthcare leader committed to expanding equitable and culturally responsive behavioral health services throughout Illinois. We operate three clinical locations—in Bucktown (Chicago), Gage Park (Chicago), and Rogers Park (Chicago)—in addition to a centralized corporate office that supports our operations and outreach.
At Vivia Health, we provide comprehensive, person-centered care through a collaborative team of dedicated professionals, including case managers, therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, family nurse practitioners, and administrative staff. Our integrated model ensures patients receive coordinated services tailored to their unique needs.
