Transitions of Western Illinois is a charitable, not-for-profit agency that provides a comprehensive array of mental health, educational, and rehabilitation services.  The agency serves people of all ages who have  intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental illness, or who are having emotional adjustment challenges.
